Well, 20 weeks down! I can't believe it's only 30 more weeks till David turns 50. Been there done that. Turning 50 wasn't bad at all but I don't know how I will feel about turning 53! LOL :0)
I try to send a little gift now and then. I thought with this card getting a make your own pizza kit would give him a laugh. I rarely if ever eat pizza(one of my least favorite foods) so after I was done I asked Lee "what do you think, does it look close enough to a real piece of pizza?' He said looks pretty good , I guess you could have used the picture on the box to see what colors you needed." Well...duh!!! Sometimes I don't know why my brain isn't turned on! :0)
The Card is made with a Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers rubber stamp. (try saying that 5 times fast! ) I computer generated the stamp saying. (sometimes I just crack myself up...hehe) Stamped using Chocolate Chip ink pad from Stampin Up and colored in with an assortment of markers from Stampin Up and Close to My Heart. I applied all the color using a Color Brush Blender Pen from Zig. I just touched it to the tip of the marker and then took a little off on a scrap piece of paper then applied and just kept layering the colors. The cardstock used is all Stampin Up in Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip and Rose Red.
Now to the post office!
