Card For David...Week 21
As I look at the pictures I am taking I know 2 things:
1.) I need to learn how to use my camera to get better pictures.
2.) I may just need a new camera. hehe :0)
The cow card was made with Close To My Heart stamp and decorative paper. I love the little cow bell(it really jingles). I embossed in black and used a pop dot to lift up the tail a bit for a bit of dimension. The black paper used is from Stampin Up. I put all kinds of "cow" puns in it.(anyone that knows me knows how much I love a good pun) I hope he will be "moo-ved " by my creation! HA!
The plane and car cards I made for my nephews. Those are made with a discontinued scrapbook paper and embellishments from Close To My Heart.
As always, I wish you time to be creative but most of all time to stamp!

Mary's "Bind-it-All" Book
On our last card night Linda taught us how to make these books. Mary wasn't able to make it so I needed to show her how to do it and this is what she made. The flower on the front of the book was also a Quilling technique Linda taught. So we incorporated them together. I think she did a great job. I just love our stamping group! This class gets an A+ from Mary and me! :0)
She used a discontinued paper pack from Stampin Up called Petals and Paisleys. She also had the tin with all the matching embellishment stickers to add to the tabs. The colors used are: Old Olive, Certainly Celery, Taken with Teal, Pretty in Pink and So Saffron. This is also a great way to use up all those loose scraps of ribbon.
As always I wish you time to be creative but most of all time to stamp!

Card For David...Week 23
This card was another I learned how to make in Michelle Zindorf's Advanced Brayer Class. All supplies are from Stamping Up. I really need to show all the girls in our stamping group how to do this brayer technique. When Michelle comes back to town I am going to take the classes again. She is worth every penny!
